All software, information, and data provided by us and used by you to make a booking remain the property of Minicabpro Limited and are considered confidential information.

You agree that no copyrighted material, software, or content will be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or shared with third parties except for its intended use.

We do not guarantee that the software or website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate, nor do we guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements.

3- Warranties

You confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use our services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You agree to be financially responsible for all bookings made using your account, including bookings made by members of your household, employees, colleagues, or anyone using your payment method with your permission.

You also warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You agree to indemnify and hold Minicabpro Limited harmless against any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from a breach of these warranties.

4- Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all booking services provided by Minicabpro Limited.

By using our services, you agree that:

You must be registered with us to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity and bookings made through your account.

All information and payment details provided by you must be accurate and authorised for use.

Payment must be made in full for services provided.

You will only use the service for genuine booking purposes.

You will not misuse the website, software, or services in any unlawful manner, including introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with system operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or suspicious activity is identified.

Journey ratings and feedback must remain respectful. Any obscene, abusive, threatening, or malicious content may be removed, and associated accounts may be suspended.

5- Quotations and Pricing

We may provide fare quotations as either estimated fares or fixed fares. Quotations do not include additional charges unless explicitly stated.

Prices are based on our current pricing systems and may vary depending on circumstances at the time of travel.

Estimated fares may change due to factors including, but not limited to:

Waiting time.

Route deviations caused by traffic, roadworks, diversions, or alternative routing.

Toll charges, parking fees, airport fees, or other external charges.

Vehicle cleaning charges resulting from damage or excessive mess caused during the journey.

Fare quotations are only valid at the time they are issued and cannot be guaranteed for future bookings.

6- Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments are generally taken at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, a minimum fare may be charged, and any remaining eligible balance will normally be refunded within 5 working days.

7- Electronic Communications

10- General
